Even with the “Mens Rights Groups” or “Vagina Envy” men are making up statistics about mothers being the most likely to kill their child and/or partner. Once again….they have been given enough rope…..and the time has come for them to hang themselves.
These men are becoming very sloppy with their crimes of violence. From the F4J pedophile who was caught to now this fool and his “court whore”. You will get no sympathy from anyone if you keep killing mothers and children. All criminals of Family Court will be exposed and you are outnumbered.
Man charged in murders of Eddy Curry’s ex, daughter
An ex-boyfriend was charged with murder Sunday for fatally shooting formercenter ’s ex-girlfriend and their baby girl last month in the woman’s South Loop apartment.
Fredrick Goings, 36, of the 4600 block of South Drexel Boulevard, was charged with two counts of first-degree murder for allegedly fatally shooting Nova Henry and her 9-month-old daughter, Ava, authorities said.
Goings is accused of killing Henry and Ava on Jan. 24 at their South Loop condo in the 50 block of West 15th Street. Authorities said Henry’s other child, a 3-year-old boy, was found unharmed inside the home. The boy is also the child of Curry, who currently plays for the New York Knicks.
Police said Sunday Goings was taken into custody Friday without incident outside a relative’s South Side home.
Belmont Area detective Tom Byrne said Sunday that Goings was arrested after “numerous search warrants,” “numerous hours of video” and forensic evidence “linked him to the crime scene.”
A police source said the break in the high-profile case came after cell-phone records and physical evidence helped link Goings to the killings.
Police said the shootings were “domestic-related,” but would not provide further details.
Goings — a lawyer who represented Henry in a paternity case with Curry — is allegedly Henry’s former-boyfriend and preliminary reports on the shooting indicated the two allegedly quarreled days before she was found slain.
Police on Sunday provided few details about a possible motive, but sources said a possible cause of the dispute is that Goings claimed Henry still owed him money for his legal representation in her dispute with Curry.
Goings was originally arrested in Michigan City, Ind., a day after the deadly shootings and was charged with trespassing at a hotel. He was questioned extensively by Chicago Police at that time, but was later released.
Police said Sunday they were able to keep track of Goings movements because he would regularly appear in court as a lawyer.
Goings has not given a statement as of Sunday evening, police said.
Goings is expected in Bond Court at the Cook County Criminal Courthouse at 2600 S. California Ave. on Monday, according to Sally Daly, a spokeswoman for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s office.
